Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused break-fix services on client products, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while following company guidelines. The role reports to the Territory Supervisor and may require travel to client sites.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and efficient call handling, with responsibilities across service call execution and asset management.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent; 1–2 years' related experience.
• Ability to travel to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Provide break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Accept and manage service calls as assigned.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Control and return assets and inventory.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• May provide guidance to colleagues.
