Qualifikationen

• IT related college or technical school degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a technical support role or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel to store locations as needed.
• Ability to lift/move IT equipment (monitors, printers, hardware) as needed.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first-line support for staff across stores and corporate locations.
• Travel to store locations to provide onsite support and assist with new-store openings, remodels, or closures.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues; escalate complex problems.
• Maintain records of tickets, inventory, and resolutions; document solutions for a knowledge base.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, POS terminals, mobile devices, and related peripherals.
• Assist with routine maintenance such as software updates and equipment refreshes.
• Set up user accounts and access requests; uphold data security practices.
