Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT support or help desk experience.
• Information Technology degree or related field in progress or completed.
• Office 365 certifications are a plus.
• Apple/mobile device support experience is a plus.
• A+ Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and on-site IT support for employees.
• Perform device onboarding, imaging, and lifecycle tasks.
• Troubleshoot Apple devices and mobile hardware.
• Conduct proactive health checks of offices and job sites.
• Maintain knowledge base, runbooks, and SOPs.
