Job summary

JP Cullen is seeking an IT Support Specialist to help keep our project teams connected as we adopt cloud-based tools and modern workflows. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and hands-on support across offices and jobsites.

You will work with M365, Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk, and other key apps, install PCs, set up networks, train users, and partner with our Cullen IT team to drive practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in MIS, CS or related area or 2 years PC support or helpdesk experience.
• Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills related to the technology field.
• Working knowledge of Windows, M365, Networking/WIFI, User management, iOS/Android.
• Basic project and time management skills and the ability to prioritize work based on business needs.
• Passionate about working with people to solve technology issues and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to jobsite and office requests to resolve IT issues.
• Visit job sites to provide support, deploy workstations, printers, and network equipment in coordination with business units and IT team.
• Provide on-site wired network support and setup of WIFI.
• Collaborate with the jobsite/office staff and Cullen IT team to suggest, develop, and test IT improvements.
• Setup new PCs and installation of software and repair equipment and related devices.
• Train users to work with new computer hardware or software.
• Properly diagnose the problem and walk users through the recommended problem-solving steps.
• Possess and use critical thinking and reasoning skills in the resolution of issues, problems, and tasks.
