Job summary

Project HOME is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist to travel between Philadelphia locations, providing in-person Level 1 help desk support and remote assistance as needed.

The role covers hardware/software troubleshooting, printer/copier maintenance, and network equipment setup. Strong customer service and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users are essential.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in Level 1 IT or help desk.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and copiers.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical info to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT, desktop, or help desk support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, copier, and other end-user technology issues.
• Respond to support requests in person and remotely, diagnose problems, and implement solutions.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment, including access points, switches, routers, and cabling.
• Support teleconference and video conference technology.
• Assist with Help Desk ticketing system administration and documentation.
