Job summary

Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers seeks a Customer Technical Specialist to coordinate IT deployments and support for TSA facilities. You will attend meetings, define IT requirements, and develop documentation to support O&M projects.

Strong desk-side IT support experience and the ability to work with senior government staff are required. Travel up to 25% to CONUS/OCONUS locations is expected to support site efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related IT experience.
• Experience communicating with senior government staff.
• Experience with desk-side IT support and network hardware.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and attend construction/vendor meetings to define IT requirements.
• Develop project documentation and SOPs for preventive maintenance.
• Maintain CMDB and network diagrams for O&M projects.
• Prioritize tasks and estimate timelines for site IT deployments.
• Provide hands-on support during decommissioning or turnover activities.
• Escort third-party personnel to restore IT/communications equipment.
