Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Field Operations Technician to own technology at a DISH facility, ensuring reliable systems and equipment. You will install and maintain PCs, scanners, printers, and network gear while coordinating with operations and culinary teams to minimize downtime.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT support or field tech, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and experience with Intune or similar MDM, ServiceNow, and network fundamentals. NJ location with onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in IT support or field technician role.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and network-connected devices.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Android, or Chrome OS endpoints in managed environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for in-facility technology issues, repairs, and maintenance.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot servers, networking equipment, and production management systems.
• Maintain asset inventories and coordinate vendor service visits.
• Document incidents and procedures in knowledge base.
