Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Technology Operations Technician to own technology at a DISH facility, ensuring reliable systems, networks, and devices for production operations. You’ll partner with culinary and operations teams to minimize downtime and support the Wonder IT Service Desk when needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware, networks, and endpoint management in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow breadth of IT skills within Wonder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years hands-on IT support, field tech, or systems admin.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners).
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, switches/routing.
• Experience managing Windows, macOS, Android endpoints in a managed env (MDM/UEM).
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for in-facility technology issues and maintenance.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot servers, networking gear, and production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and asset inventory updates.
• Manage mobile/handheld devices via MDM; provisioning and retirement.
• Coordinate repairs and warranty service with vendors and internal teams.
