Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Technology Operations Technician in Swedesboro, NJ to own in-facility technology and support production teams. You will install and maintain PCs, printers, scanners, and network devices, and ensure uptime in a fast-paced food production environment.

You’ll manage devices via MDM, coordinate with vendors, document incidents, and align with IT standards. This role offers hands-on growth across the Wonder network and potential to support the IT service desk as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in IT support or field technician role.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing hardware and networked devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for in-facility technology issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot servers, networking gear, and production equipment.
• Maintain asset inventory and coordinate vendor service visits.
• Document incidents and SOPs in knowledge base.
• Monitor temperature sensors and alerting profiles.
