Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Technology Operations Technician to own and support the DISH facility's IT systems, networks, and devices. You will install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, scanners, and network gear, while partnering with culinary and operations teams to minimize downtime and keep the food flowing.

You’ll manage asset inventories, assist with security and change management, and support the Wonder IT standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT.
• 3–5 years hands-on IT support or system admin experience.
• Able to diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, scanners, and handheld devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on network-connected production equipment.
• Manage asset inventory and coordinate repairs/warranty with vendors.
• Maintain security policies and change management documentation.
• Provide Tier-1/2 support for IT Service Desk, with clear communication to non-technical staff.
