Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Technology Operations Technician to own in-facility technology at a DISH production/distribution site. You’ll work with culinary and operations teams to minimize downtime and support IT service desk needs as capacity allows.

You’ll manage hardware, networks, and devices, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with Wonder standards in a fast-paced environment and warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of IT support/field tech/systems admin experience.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, tablets, scanners, printers).
• Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, switching/routing.
• Experience managing Windows, Apple, Android, or Chrome OS endpoints in a managed environment (MDM/UEM).
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service and clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Comfort in a warehouse environment with floor presence.
• Good judgment, problem solving and organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for in-facility tech issues, repairs and maintenance.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot servers, networking equipment, and production systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Manage mobile/handheld devices via MDM; deploy and retire devices.
• Monitor local network health and coordinate with IT for issues.
• Maintain asset inventory for facility technology.
• Coordinate repairs, warranty claims, and vendor service visits.
• Ensure installations comply with IT standards and change processes.
• Document incidents and SOPs in knowledge base.
• Support temperature monitoring system components and alerts.
• Escalate issues to MSP support for restaurant locations.
