Leidos is seeking an experienced Field Operations Team Lead to support the AFNCR IT Services program across JBAB and surrounding sites in the National Capital Region. You will manage IT operations, maintenance planning, and engineering efforts in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment with over 3,000 users.

You will lead a team of eight IT professionals, drive standard operating procedures, and ensure service levels while coordinating with AFNCR stakeholders and customer offices.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8+ years in IT operations or IT management.
• Experience overseeing multiple IT support teams delivering services.
• DoD 8140 certification and active DoD Secret clearance.

Mansioni

• Oversee teams delivering core IT functions: desktop support, device management, mobile devices, and asset fulfillment.
• Lead a team of eight IT professionals and ensure program service levels are met.
• Diagnose and restore issues across desktops, laptops, networks, and printers using standard tools.
• Submit incidents via Remedy and ServiceNow; escalate to Operations Manager as needed.
• Manage security for classified assets, including movement, storage, inventory, and training.
• Track timelines for network connections and audit ticket notes for program requirements.
• Develop SOPs for tech refresh, routine support, and desktop support processes.
• Coordinate with broader program teams and brief the customer on timelines, deliveries, and assets.
