Job summary

Leidos is seeking an IT Site Lead to support the AFNCR IT Services program at Joint Base Andrews. You will direct a 50+ person team and manage multi‑million dollar budgets to deliver IT operations, desktop support, and cybersecurity services for thousands of users across the base.

A BA/BS with 8+ years or MS with 6+ years and an active DoD clearance are required, with on‑site work at JBA. Familiarity with Remedy or ServiceNow is preferred to coordinate incident response and change management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 8+ years of relevant experience or MS with 6+ years of experience.
• 10+ years IT operations support experience.
• 5+ years supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Current DoD security clearance (DoW Secret or higher).
• Experience managing direct reports and IT change management.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary Site Lead and liaison for senior leadership with oversight of IT services.
• Directs a 50+ member team and manages ~$5M+ budget for IT operations.
• Oversees project management and cyber support services across JBA.
• Ensures metrics (response time, ticket closure) are exceeded and communicated.
• Coordinates with Cyber Support Center for incident response and updates.
