Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced IT Site Lead at Joint Base Andrews to support the AFNCR IT Services program. You will act as the primary liaison for the 744CS Commander and oversee field services, desktop support, and network operations to ensure services meet mission requirements.

You will manage multi-million dollar budgets, lead a 50+ person team, and coordinate with leadership to drive on-time, in-scope delivery while maintaining operational readiness and data center resilience.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS and 8+ years of IT operations experience.
• 10+ years demonstrated information technology operations support experience.
• 5+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Must have a current DoW Secret clearance.
• Familiar with IT support in a DoD environment.
• 8140 compliant education, training, or certification within 90 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary Site Lead and point of contact for the 744CS Commander with oversight of customer-facing work centers and IT services.
• Manages a $5M+ budget to deliver IT services to JBA customers and assets.
• Directs a project management team handling a $6M portfolio with on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Leads a 50+ member team with personnel authority over hiring, promotion, and performance.
• Reports to and collaborates with the Chief of Operations to meet metrics like response and ticket closure times.
• Oversees Field Services, continuity of operations, and VTC installations; coordinates with Cyber Support Center.
