• Install, configure, and support hardware including PCs, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and specialized equipment.
• Provide software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support.
• Perform endpoint vulnerability remediation in alignment with security standards.
• Support Enterprise and BU project demand and IT procurement processes.
• Deliver on-site IT support and liaise with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage PC lifecycle activities including provisioning, refresh, disposal, and asset management.
• Provide local infrastructure support for servers, network equipment, and VOIP systems.
