Johnson Controls is seeking an IT Field Support specialist to deliver a broad range of information technology services, including connectivity, hardware and software support, and incident resolution for Enterprise and BU projects.

The role includes onsite hardware installation, software deployment, security compliance, IT procurement, and collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams. Travel to satellite offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT support across hardware and software.
• Knowledge of security standards and vulnerability remediation.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support hardware including PCs, tablets, and printers.
• Provide software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Perform endpoint vulnerability remediation per security standards.
• Support BU projects and on-site IT initiatives.
• Deliver on-site IT support and liaise with third-party vendors.
