Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Technician to travel to customer locations within the service area and repair proprietary equipment, including kiosks, PCs, vending machines, and networking gear in jails and prisons.

The role requires diagnosing issues, coordinating with the Service Desk, and performing installations or repairs as needed. Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree or equivalent, plus strong diagnostic, writing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, repair and replace kiosks, PCs, vending machines, networking equipment, and other IT equipment at correctional facilities.
• Travel to customer locations within the service area using provided company car.
• Support the Service Desk with preventative maintenance and walkthroughs.
• Update Work Order module with travel time, notes, and resolution.
• Travel to Saint Louis for hands-on training as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
