Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Tech to repair or replace components on a suite of custom network devices in correctional facilities under multi-year contracts.

You will perform site installations, troubleshoot complex network issues, and assemble equipment for inmate phone systems. The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, T-1/analog circuit repair knowledge, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Must have T-1 and analog circuit repair knowledge.
• Must have excellent working knowledge of multiple network disciplines and perform advanced network diagnostics to isolate and troubleshoot issues.
• Must be able to develop good working relationships with facility personnel.
• Travel throughout assigned territory as needed; ability to travel.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; strong team oriented business skill; professional attitude with customers.

Responsibilities

• Walk through facilities to repair or replace components on network devices for inmate phone systems.
• Install at new site and assemble equipment for inmate phone system setups.
• Perform other duties as determined by contract needs.
