Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an IT Field Services Specialist for the Longmont/Denver region. The role installs, troubleshoots, and maintains IT at offices, plants, and remote sites with travel to field facilities as needed.

You will support network connectivity, onsite user devices, servers, and integration with SCADA and vendors. The position emphasizes hands-on problem solving, clear communication, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• At least three years of IT support/field services/network support experience.
• Strong TCP/IP, switching, wireless networking, cabling, and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience supporting Windows computers, peripherals, and business applications with ticketing tools.
• Ability to work independently at remote locations and prioritize by operational impact.
• Clear communication with technical teams, field personnel, and vendors.
• Follow approved designs, protect credentials, and escalate when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus relevant technical education or demonstrated work experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain network and site connectivity.
• Support point-to-point and multipoint radio links, cellular routers, and satellite connections.
• Install and maintain equipment in racks, network rooms, and shelters; inspect UPS and cabling.
• Provide onsite user and office support for laptops, monitors, printers, and AV.
• Work with Systems and SCADA teams to resolve connectivity for operational systems.
• Stage, install, and test IT equipment for new facilities and expansions.
• Troubleshoot outages, communicate business impact, and participate in on-call rotation.
• Keep tickets and site records updated; coordinate vendor visits.
