Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in computer/server hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with fiber, OTDR testing, and Ethernet.
• Ability to independently respond to operational needs and follow SOPs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain server racks and hardware components.
• Perform break-fix repairs and troubleshoot hardware and network issues.
• Respond to operational incidents impacting service availability; escalate when needed.
• Act as a primary point of contact for engineers, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call rotations, scheduled maintenance, and change management activities.
• Create and maintain documentation; contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
