INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Network Field Technician III to support data center hardware installations and troubleshooting in Richmond, VA. The role requires responding to incidents, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with engineers, vendors, and contractors.

The position offers a long-term contract with potential hire, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime. OSHA-10 certification and a strong focus on on-site operational readiness are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Fiber, OTDR Testing, and Ethernet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain server racks and hardware components.
• Perform break-fix repairs and troubleshoot hardware and network issues.
• Respond to operational incidents impacting service availability and escalated when necessary.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (engineers, vendors, contractors, etc.).
• Participate in on-call rotations, scheduled maintenance, and change management activities.
• Create and maintain documentation; contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
