Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Wireless Communications Service Technician to join our regional operations team. You will install, program, maintain, and support land mobile radio systems for diverse clients, ensuring high reliability and uptime.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong RF knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. Travel may be regional, including overnight stays, with on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on service technician experience diagnosing, repairing, programming, and installing LMR equipment.
• Strong RF knowledge and experience with two-way radio systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair LMR equipment including base stations and dispatch consoles.
• Create mid-level codeplugs (12+ channels, trunking, multiple zones).
• Design hardware tailored to client requirements and provide system support.
• Perform regional field service calls with overnight travel and on-call rotations.
