Job summary

DMI is seeking an Installation Technician to join our team in Washington, DC area. You will interface directly with customers, install and service products, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime across client sites.

You will lead IT tech efforts for assigned customers, coordinate with engineering field changes, and gain required Security+ or equivalent within 90 days of starting. U.S. citizenship may be required for some roles.

Qualifications

• Leads IT tech team for customers and evaluates architecture issues.
• Must obtain Security+ or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
• Security+ or equivalent required upon hire for Tier 2/3 and technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with customers.
• Install, test, maintain, and repair products at client locations.
• Instruct customers, provide technical assistance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, upgrade, and remove products per site changes.
• Assemble, install, and configure systems per site assessments and schematics.
