Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support hardware including PCs, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and specialized equipment.
• Provide software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support.
• Perform endpoint vulnerability remediation in alignment with security standards.
• Support Enterprise and BU projects and initiatives.
• Deliver on-site IT support and liaise with third-party vendors and internal IT teams.
• Manage local IT infrastructure such as servers, network equipment, and VOIP systems.
• Coordinate IT vendors at site or regional levels.
