Job summary

Worley is seeking an Iron / Rigging Superintendent to lead field execution on major industrial projects. You will direct large craft teams, ensure safe ironwork, rigging, and structural activities, and drive productivity on site.

You will work closely with Construction Managers and Field Engineers to plan, staff, and execute activities, while maintaining quality and schedule adherence in a demanding industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive field construction experience in ironwork and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Lead ironwork and rigging construction activities within assigned project areas.
• Coordinate large foreperson and craft crews for project execution.
• Support safe execution of structural steel erection, equipment setting, and heavy lifts.
• Plan work activities and allocate workforce to maintain productivity and schedule.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure materials, drawings and permits are available.
