Job summary

Worley seeks a General Foreperson to oversee crew activities on our industrial construction projects in Baytown, TX. You will provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment to crews to complete work safely, efficiently and in compliance with project standards.

This role emphasizes planning, scheduling and enforcing safety programs, mentoring staff, and evaluating performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred).
• Supervisory experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs
• Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost efficient method
• Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees
• Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information
