Job summary

Worley is seeking a foreman to direct a crew on industrial construction sites. You will interpret drawings, instruct skilled mechanics, enforce safety practices, and ensure work meets project standards.

You will plan work, submit reports, and take accountability for your crew while coordinating with supervisors to deliver quality results on time and within scope. Experience in construction supervision preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• NCCER Certified Plus (Preferred).
• Supervisory experience (Preferred).
