Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Iron / Rigging Superintendent to lead ironwork and rigging on major industrial construction projects. This field-based role requires coordinating large craft teams, maintaining safety, and driving productivity to meet schedule and cost targets.

The successful candidate will work closely with project leadership to ensure compliance with quality requirements and to resolve field execution challenges, while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Extensive field construction experience in ironwork and rigging.
• Proven leadership of large craft teams on industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of rigging, lifting, and structural steel erection.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate ironwork and rigging activities on major projects.
• Lead forepersons and craft personnel to ensure safe, on-time execution.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to project plans.
