Job summary

Worley is seeking an Electrician Superintendent to lead the safe, productive execution of electrical construction on major industrial projects. This field-based leadership role will guide forepersons, electricians, and subcontractors on an active site, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality requirements, and customer expectations.

You will coordinate with Construction Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, and Commissioning teams to plan, staff, and execute electrical work while fostering

Qualifications

12+ years of electrical construction experience in industrial environments.
Experience leading large crews of forepersons and craft personnel.
Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, grounding, and electrical installation methods.

Responsibilities

Lead all electrical construction activities within assigned project areas.
Direct and coordinate large crews of forepersons and electricians for project execution.
Plan work activities and allocate resources to maintain productivity and schedule.
Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with project procedures.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, HSE, and Construction leadership.
