Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field/installation or related roles in home improvement or construction.
• 2+ years in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential remodeling installation practices.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Proven leadership, coaching and performance management skills a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with installers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with CRM, workflow tools and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and oversee daily/weekly field operations and scheduling.
• Review and approve job readiness, installation docs, and timelines.
• Direct, train and evaluate installers and subcontractors for quality and safety.
• Interview, onboard and retain qualified labor.
• Resolve complex customer and operational escalations.
• Conduct jobsite quality control inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Lead customer experience initiatives and manage escalations to resolution.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Customer Service and Operations on forecasting and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and deliver regular operational reports.
