Job summary

Cosm is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead field-based installations and manage project execution at customer sites, domestically and internationally. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards while coaching a crew and coordinating with GC and trades.

The role requires extensive travel (80–100%), hands-on leadership, and strong planning and coordination skills to drive continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising construction or specialty installation crews.
• Ability to read construction drawings, installation documentation, and technical work instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and U.S. passport, or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to travel 80–100%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of the installation from mobilization through final acceptance, coordinating with GC, subcontractors, and third‑party trades.
• Develop and maintain a daily work plan and use visual management to track schedule and progress.
• Coordinate site access, sequencing, and logistics with the GC’s schedule.
• Report project status to the home office on a regular cadence (schedule, budget, quality, risks).
• Conduct formal acceptance review with the customer at project close and ensure documentation is submitted.
