Job summary

InProduction is seeking a proactive leader to supervise the installation and dismantling of event equipment across the US, including scaffolds, ladders, and safety measures. The role requires coordinating multiple crews, ensuring adherence to plans, and maintaining high safety standards on every project.

You will travel extensively (50–90%), enjoy a salaried position with benefits, and contribute to delivering quality service to our client partners while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and dismantling of equipment, including scaffolds.
• Oversee safety standards and safe operation of crews.
• Manage multiple crews across projects.
• Study plans and equipment lists before on-site work.
• Ensure timely crew sheets, time cards, and reports.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of equipment and materials.
• Budget management and cost oversight.
• Ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
