Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist (AIS) to support the customer experience throughout the install lifecycle in the Boston area. You will perform technical measures, review pre-existing conditions, and conduct Job Site Inspections to ensure quality aligns with THD standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer communication, managing job scope changes, and ensuring timely closure of open services.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.
• Minimum Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• 25% Customer Experience - Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle, ensures timely follow-up and resolves open questions or changes.
• 60% Job Process Management - Manages all jobs from assigned area and product category, conducts Job Site Inspections, badge checks and reviews quality to THD standards.
• 15% Operations - Assists in handling customer inquiries, resolves services, initiates change of scope requests to drive timelines.
