The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist (AIS) to support the customer experience across the install life cycle. You will perform technical measures, assess conditions, and lead Job Site Inspections to ensure THD standards are met.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers, resolving open questions, and coordinating with service providers to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Overnight travel is minimal.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years of work experience in related field preferred.
• Experience in construction/home improvement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all install jobs within assigned area and product category.
• Conduct Job Site Inspections (JSIs) and ensure compliance with THD standards.
• Resolve customer inquiries and job-related issues to maintain timelines and satisfaction.
