Qualifications
High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
VSI, AAMA Certification, OSHA 10, Lead Certification; will receive upon employment if not currently certified.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to negotiate pricing and manage installations.
Responsibilities
Independently assesses install partners’ installations and service calls to confirm adherence to operating practices and policies.
Determines actions to take when issues arise during inspection processes.
Ensures all materials used meet company standards and OSHA compliance.
Evaluates install partner performance and manages scheduling and distribution of installation and repair jobs.
Works on-site with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and resolve issues in real time.
Negotiates and adjusts material pricing agreements with customers and makes additional sales recommendations.
Manages related payment collections when necessary.
Performs services and repairs as needed and procures required parts.
Completes administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management.
