Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction/home improvement install projects.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: communicate with customers through the install life-cycle, resolve questions, and manage scope changes.
• Job Process Management: assess conditions, perform product affirmations, conduct JSIs, and document scope items.
• Operations: address inquiries, resolve services, and ensure timely closes and accuracy.
