Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking Outside Sales Representatives (CFIs) to diagnose issues in homes and propose solutions within their territory. You will build a book of business from warm leads, educate homeowners, estimate repairs, and close deals on site.

Travel within the territory and report daily to drive sustained growth. Top performers earn substantial uncapped commissions; company training and vehicle eligibility are included.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.
• An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
• Report to work on time every working day.
