Job summary

H&S Loss Control Inspections, Inc is seeking qualified inspector applicants in the USA to perform commercial loss control inspections for property and casualty accounts. Inspectors review assignments electronically, schedule appointments, and perform on-site evaluations of utilities, building systems, life safety, and hazards, capturing photos and measurements.

The role is independent contractor with a competitive flat fee per case, typically $60-$75, and requires experience in commercial

Qualifications

Experience conducting commercial loss control inspections.
Familiarity with commercial property and casualty lines.
Ability to complete reports online and upload documents.

Responsibilities

Receives assignments electronically and reviews for inspection requirements.
Schedules the inspection appointment with the Insured by phone, email, or text.
Inspects the property for potential issues or hazards pertaining to utilities/building systems (heating, wiring, plumbing), common areas, maintenance, protections, and life safety, etc.
Interviews the Insured for operations information, ages of the building systems, etc.
Communicates inspection status through online application.
Completes the inspection report on the web-based Loss Control 360 system with Rapid Sketch. Returns the completed report electronically (the reports consist of check-off questions, narrative, and digital photos).
