Qualifications

• Ability to travel multiple times per week throughout the U.S. to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and upgrade of 1 to 5U equipment.
• Conduct on-site and remote software setup and upgrades.

• Provide on-site walkthroughs and educate end-users.
• Coordinate with the internal team to schedule jobs.
