Matrix Design Group in Newburgh, IN seeks a Technical Implementation Specialist to plan, configure, implement, and support tech solutions for customers and internal teams. You will work with project managers, engineers, and end users to ensure systems meet requirements and are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Certificate of Completion from a technical or trade school.
• 2–5 years of field services, technical consulting, or related customer-facing role.
• Strong experience troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues, identify root causes, and fix them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, MS Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and implement software and hardware solutions.
• Gather and document customer or business requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and deployment strategies.
• Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and provide timely resolution.
• Train end users and administrators on system functionality and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and support teams for delivery.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Provide post-implementation support and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and security policies.
