Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. (Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group, and Courtesy Products) seeks an Implementation Analyst to deploy and train customers on cloud and hosted applications. You will manage project tasks end-to-end, configure systems, and support vendor integrations with travel to client sites.

Role involves extensive customer interaction, remote training, and on-site deployments; candidates should have IT support experience or related education and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Six to twelve months minimum IT support experience, or an AA degree/equivalent.
• Ability to work professionally with diverse teams and external facilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of leading groups.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deploy customer project work plans and transition plans.
• Configure and deploy software/hardware across customer sites and KOFEE Group systems.
• Maintain and upgrade Keefe Group hardware/software at customer locations.
• Manage multiple projects within time, budget, and resource constraints.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on Keefe Group software/technologies.
