(Keefe Group, Trinity Services, Courtesy Products) seeks an Implementation Analyst to deploy and train customers on a mix of cloud and hosted legacy applications across multiple sites. The role emphasizes project lifecycle management, configuration, and effective customer interaction.

The position involves extensive travel (up to 75%) and requires the ability to work in correctional facilities, along with strong technical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months experience as Keefe Group IT Support Analyst or an Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work professionally with people at all levels inside and outside of Keefe Group and the correctional facility.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deploy customer project work plans and transition plans.
• Configure hardware, software, and services on Keefe Group hardware for delivery at customer sites.
• Perform system upgrades and maintenance of Keefe Group systems deployed to customer sites.
• Manage multiple complex projects within time, technical, and resource constraints.
• Develop training session plans for Keefe Group proprietary software and technologies.
• Deliver training to Keefe Group customers nationwide on Keefe Group systems products.
• Provide escalation support to the project deployments and in-app support teams.
• Document all service, training, configuration, and upgrade activities.
