Can/Am Technologies in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an Implementation Specialist to configure the Teller platform for county and city governments. You will meet with clients, translate their requirements into workflows, document data mappings, and guide each project through go-live and QA, with about 30% travel to client sites.

You will write user test plans, run tests, fix defects before UAT, train clients, and coordinate schedules with the delivery team.

Qualifications

Translate client business requirements into Teller configuration, workflows and processes.
5+ years implementing business or financial software for clients, with hands-on technical configuration (SQL, XML, JSON).
Travel ~30% for client sites and deployments.
Experience writing test plans and defect reports; ability to validate data mappings and integration specs.

Responsibilities

Translate client requirements into Teller configuration, workflows, and business processes.
Configure and deploy the solution to client specifications, and document data mappings and integration specs.
Write and run user test plans for your configurations; fix defects before UAT.
Ensure each deliverable meets quality standards before go-live.
Train clients on the configured solution and support go-live.
Coordinate project schedules and cutover steps with the delivery team.
