The role involves system integration, data management and resolving technical issues, with a hybrid work environment and opportunities for growth and ongoing learning, including six months of training and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Education: High School / GED.
• Experience: 3-5 years.
• Associates preferred; Microsoft 365 Fundamentals preferred; Power Platform Fundamentals preferred; Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced application support, training and problem resolution for all corporate software applications.
• Liaises between software vendors and end-users to update systems and resolve conflicts.
• Represents IT management during campus visits to address IT issues.
• Provides Tier 2 and 3 end-user consulting, troubleshooting and problem-solving support for hardware/software.
