MSX International is seeking an Implementation/Field Specialist for a hybrid, full-time role based in Atlanta, GA with travel to various U.S. locations. You will partner with clients to deliver systems, processes, and change initiatives that drive measurable improvements.

This autonomous, client-facing position combines delivery, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. You must be willing to travel and work in a client environment to support rollout and adoption of new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation, consulting, operations, or client-facing roles.
• 2+ years of training or coaching experience is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide high-quality results in dynamic environments.
• Competence in working with diverse business systems, technology, processes, and data.
• Willingness to travel and work in a mobile, client-facing environment.
• Problem-solving approach focused on practical outcomes.
• Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented.
