Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of hospital sales experience and/or direct clinical experience.
• Medical capital sales experience, preferred.
• Hunter mentality and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Research opportunities, generate leads, and set long-term objectives for success at the account.
• Build a Business Plan to achieve quota within the Sales Plan and balanced selling.
• Establish cross-modality penetration and map all key decision makers for solutions.
• Translate solutions into a value proposition and pricing strategy.
• Create customer profiles and strategies for acquisition or retention.
• Uncover decision criteria, analyze competitors, and influence decisions.
