Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical training in heavy equipment hydraulics or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in maintenance of hydraulic mining/construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics on hydraulic and electrical systems to identify issues.
• Repair and replacement of hydraulic components per specs.
• Preventative maintenance and lubrication to prevent downtime.
• Interpret hydraulic schematics and manuals for tasks.
• Follow safety protocols including LOTO and OSHA/MSHA rules.
• Maintain maintenance records for lifecycle tracking.
• Collaborate with supervisors/engineers to solve complex issues.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
