• Perform facility walkthroughs to assess equipment, evaluate customer needs, and present tailored service agreement proposals.
• Use Salesforce CRM to log activities, manage opportunity strategies, track backlog, and maintain accurate sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service agreement delivery and resolve customer issues effectively.
