Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems at a Florence, KY site. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, reliability, and safety while minimizing downtime.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and maintain detailed records. This on-site position requires a valid state driver’s license, basic CMMS proficiency (Corrigo), and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Must have universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days of employment.
• 4+ years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC/R and related systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC/R and related electrical and plumbing systems.
• Inspect facilities and document conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Use CMMS systems to track work and document daily activities.
