Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support field teams and project sites. This on-site role requires partnering with field leadership to deliver hands-on HR services across the employee lifecycle, with an initial six months of remote work.

You will guide onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, offboarding, and timekeeping, while ensuring policy compliance and accurate records.

Formación

• 2+ years in HR, payroll, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees and field operations.
• Ability to apply HR policies consistently and with discretion.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary HR contact for assigned project sites.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Assist with payroll timekeeping review and attendance.
• Maintain HR records and assist with reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on audits and workforce development projects.
